On 7-8 May 2025 
Faculty of Medicine, Kasetsart University, led by the executives, lecturers and staff of the Faculty, participated in the workshop on “Systematic Faculty Assessment and Preparation of the 2027 Action Plan” at the meeting room of Pakpirun Hotel, Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus. We were honored by Assistant Professor Dr. Saksit Sukprasong, Assistant to the President for Organizational Development, Human Resources and Strategy, Sriracha Campus, who honored the Faculty of Medicine on behalf of the Vice President of Sriracha Campus.
On the first day, there were group activities and brainstorming sessions. 
To present SWOT issues, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and obstacles of the Faculty, which will be used in preparing strategic plans and organizational development plans.
On the second day, faculty personnel from each department presented various strategic plans to develop future work processes.
