Position Specific Qualifications
- Have a master's degree or equivalent in education, psychology, liberal arts, literature, political science, mathematics, measurement and evaluation, statistics, economics, management, social science, social work, sociology, journalism, science.
- Have knowledge and ability to use regulations, laws, rules, regulations and regulations used in performing duties, in accordance with the law on government administration and other laws, rules, regulations and regulations used in related operations.

- Able to use English well and have English test results that meet the minimum criteria (test results must be valid for no more than 2 years from the date of announcement of test results) from one of the following:

- TOEFL (IBT): Minimum score of 79–80
- IELTS: Minimum score 6.5
- CU-TEP: Minimum score 75
- KU-EPT: Minimum score 65
- TOEIC: Minimum score of 700
Nature of work performed
Perform duties as a primary operator who must use academic knowledge and skills in his work, perform academic work under supervision, guidance, inspection and other assigned duties, with the nature of the work performed in this area.
- Operational side
- Study and analyze the curriculum, textbooks, teaching and learning, knowledge management, student activities, research and develop modern techniques, academic services, information technology, educational museum organization, and other educational activities in accordance with the agency's strategies, plans, and policies.
- Explore, collect, store and analyze data on academic production in educational techniques, learning support needs, training needs, academic service needs, consultation and advice to strengthen and develop learners, as well as educational development needs of the organization's personnel.
- Establish educational standards, curricula, educational technology, teaching media, and guidelines for implementing educational activities, including updating them to be information for academic development and supporting educational management.
- Monitor and evaluate the operations, activities and strategies in education, academics, research, promote research, education and disseminate academic works to develop education.
- Providing services in research, knowledge management, teaching and learning, and using technology in research project activities to continuously develop and improve the quality of education.
- Provide advice, suggestions, answer basic questions about education and learning, as well as suggest and plan work at the initial level to make educational management operations efficient and consistent with relevant policies.

- Provide advice, provide information, plans, transfer academic knowledge, analyze data, answer questions, and clarify various matters under the responsibility so that service recipients receive useful information and knowledge.
- Collect and facilitate the use of academic services related to curriculum work to provide accurate and up-to-date curriculum information, educational technology, and learning resources to students, educational personnel, and the general public.
- Support the operations and activities of agencies related to teaching, planning, criteria and various measures of academic agencies.
