1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก หรือเทียบเท่า สาขาวิชาวุฒิบัตร (วว.) หรืออนุมัติบัตร (อว.) แสดง
ความรู้ความชำนาญในการประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม สาขาวิชาเวชศาสตร์ชุมชน ที่ได้รับการรับรองจากสำนักงาน คณะกรรมการข้าราชการพลเรือน(ก.พ.) มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม
2. มีประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานทางด้านการแพทย์ที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้านการศึกษา โดยมีหนังสือรับรอง (ถ้ามี)
3. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี และมีผลการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษตามเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำที่ โดยผลการทดสอบ
ภาษาอังกฤษมีอายุไม่เกิน ๒ ปี นับจากวันที่ประกาศผลการทดสอบจากการทดสอบรายการใดรายการหนึ่งต่อไปนี้
- TOEFL (PBT)/TOEFL (ITP) minimum score 550
- TOEFL (CBT) minimum score 213
- TOEFL (IBT) minimum score 79-80
- IELTS minimum score 6.5
- CU-TEP minimum score 75
- KU-EPT minimum score 65
- TOEIC minimum score 800
In the case where the applicant has completed the highest level of education used in the application from an institution of higher education that provides instruction in English or an International Program, or has completed the highest level of education from a foreign university that uses English as the medium of instruction, which is certified by the Civil Service Commission (CSC), there is no need to submit English test results.
