Total number of credits throughout the course: Not less than 244 credits

1. General studies subjects: Not less than 30 credits

Well-being group Not less than 3 credits
Entrepreneurial Science Group Not less than 3 credits
Language and Communication Group Not less than 13 credits
Thai and Global Citizenship Group Not less than 5 credits
Health Science Group Not less than 6 credits

2. Specific subjects: Not less than 208 credits

2.1 Required specialized subjects: 191 credits

Basic professional subjects group 85 credits
Clinical Practice Group 106 credits
– Theory section 27 credits
– Practical section 79 credits

2.2 Specialized subject groups that promote potential according to the interests of the learners (elective subjects): Not less than 17 credits

3. Elective subjects: Not less than 6 credits

Criteria for graduation from the Doctor of Medicine program
Faculty of Medicine, Kasetsart University

• Complies with Kasetsart University regulations on undergraduate studies, Kasetsart University.
O1
The cumulative grade point average throughout the course must not be lower than 2.00. The student's academic results in all subjects must not be lower than C.
O2
Third-year and fifth-year students must take all types of Comprehensive Examinations as determined by the Curriculum Management Committee.
O3
Sixth-year students must pass the Long Case Examination and Clinical Skills Assessment.
O4
Individual or group research work has at least been presented in an academic conference of Kasetsart University.
O5
Collect and compile a complete and complete portfolio.
O6
Behave ethically and appropriately for the medical profession and are not under disciplinary investigation.
In the event that students do not wish to continue their studies until they complete their Doctor of Medicine degree and wish to terminate their studies at any point, students may submit a request to the university to transfer credits and to another program within Kasetsart University to continue their studies at the bachelor's degree level in any of the programs offered.
