The matter of appointing the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine
As the Council of Kasetsart University has resolved to establish the Faculty of Medicine as an internal unit of Kasetsart University from November 1, 2022 onwards, in accordance with the Kasetsart University Announcement on the Establishment of Kasetsart University Units (No. 3) B.E. 2565 dated November 4, 2022 and Kasetsart University has issued Kasetsart University Order No. 2703/2565 on the Appointment of Acting Dean of the Faculty of Medicine dated November 4, 2022, appointing Associate Professor General Dr. Chumpol Piemsomboon as the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Medicine from November 1, 2022 onwards until further notice.
In order for the administration of the Faculty of Medicine to proceed smoothly, in accordance with the authority of Section 42, paragraph one of the Kasetsart University Act, B.E. 2558 and the resolution of the Kasetsart University Council at the 4/2024 meeting on Monday, April 29, 2024, Associate Professor General Dr. Chumpol Piemsomboon is hereby appointed to hold the administrative position of Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.
This is effective from 30 April 2024 onwards, with a term of office of 4 years.
